We will provide replacements for any faulty product within the warranty period of that product. Replacements will ONLY be for the same product/part number; we cannot exchange one product for a different item.
If we request the return of a defective item, we will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. After we receive the faulty goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If we have not requested a return, the refund will be credited to your original payment method 1-2 business days later. Depending on your financial institution, it may take longer to appear in your account.
