Return for Refund

Patch Cords Online must authorize all requests for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date and before the customer returns the goods. You can start a return by logging into your account and clicking the “Request return” button.

When a refund is due, we can only issue that refund via the original payment method.

Items returned for a refund MUST be undamaged and in their original packaging. Any items returned that are damaged or incomplete will be returned to you, and we will not issue a refund. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable!

 Items Ineligible for Return

Some products are not eligible for return, which will be stated on the individual product pages. Generally, this applies to:

  • Products supplied directly from a manufacturer.
  • Products that are assembled to order.
  • Products that are built to order.
  • Any custom product.
