Help CenterIf you order any product "Next Day" that has any "ship time" other than "Usually Ships the Same Day," you will not receive it the next day. Every product page has the ship time status in the product description.
For products marked "Usually Ships the Same Day," we will ship the same day if that order is placed before 1 pm PST/4 pm EST.
For products with a ship time other than "Usually Ships the Same Day," your package will ship via Next Day service on the day it is available.
We will ALWAYS try and ship any order as soon as possible but there may be instances where it is impossible to ship a product the next day. In these cases, we will inform you as soon as possible via the email address provided on the order.
We understand that there are emergencies that require Next Day Shipping, and we promise we will always do our best to get that order picked, packaged and ready for the courier in time. However, there are circumstances out of our control that prevent that from happening and we cannot guarantee your order arriving the next day even if it is ordered with the Next Day shipping service.
