There are many different types of residential address designations, for example:
- Apartment (APT)
- Building (BLDG)
- Floor (FL)
- Suite (STE)
- Unit (UNIT)
Please include the exact designation when filling out your shipping address details to ensure that your order is delivered safely. We cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries if your address designation is missing or incorrect.
By default, deliveries to residential addresses are sent as “signature not required”. Please track your package and ensure someone can receive it on delivery day. We cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing packages after the carrier has delivered them to the correct address.
Commercial Addresses
There are different types of commercial address designations, for example:
- Building (BLDG)
- Department (DEPT)
- Room (RM)
- Unit (UNIT)
Please make sure that you include the exact designation when filling out your shipping address details to ensure your order is delivered safely. We cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries if your address designation is missing or incorrect. We cannot be held accountable for packages shipped to a reception area of an office condo or other shared commercial location.
Addresses with Redirection
If your address is automatically redirected to a carrier facility or store (such as a UPS or FedEx store), we cannot give an accurate delivery time with the tracking number originally assigned to the shipment. Your shipment will be delayed! In these situations, the tracking progress for the original tracking number is either stuck on “Label Created” or “At Carrier Facility.”
Please contact your carrier directly, which handles your automatic redirection, for progress and a delivery date. To avoid any delays, please do not use a redirected address; use the true destination address.
Freight Forwarders
Any order with a freight forwarder's delivery address will be cancelled, period. If you need to buy products from us that must be forwarded out of the US, don't hesitate to contact us first, and we will facilitate the order manually.
